Your project.
Your information.

What the inquiry form collects

Joseph Unlimited LLC collects the contact details, business information, selected services, project description, budget, timeline, and other details you choose to submit. A request also records its submission time, the chosen department, and the referring page address without its query string.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your project, prepare a scope or quote, and contact you about your request using your selected method. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. A quote is confirmed separately after review.

Where your request goes

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and made available through a restricted Joseph Unlimited studio inbox. The form does not automatically send your information to an external CRM or mailing list. Hosting providers process information to operate and secure the website.

Visits and browser storage

You can explore the public studio without supplying your name. This website does not attempt to identify anonymous visitors. Essential hosting and sign-in services may process technical information for security and access. Your project form stays in page memory while you complete it and is sent when you submit.

Abuse protection

To limit spam, submission attempts are counted in hourly windows. Temporary counters use hashed values derived from the email supplied in a submitted form, and expire within two hours. They are not visitor profiles, do not store raw IP addresses, and are not used for marketing.

Your choices

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a project request. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, contact Victor Joseph at 832-727-6553 and include the inquiry reference if available. Project information is kept while needed to handle the inquiry and the resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
